Return Policies & Procedures
1. All hardware parts purchased within 30 days can be returned for refund. No Restocking Fee for order under US$1000.00! We will directly refund to your credit card after receiving your return.
2. Defective products under warranty can be returned for repair service or replacement. Most products have one year limited warranty unless the warranty period is specially specified on the product page. Some manufacturers may require that their items be handled directly by them.
Here are details of our return policies & return procedures.
Return Policies:
All refund returns must be within 30 days of the invoice date. Thereafter, all sales are final. For orders over US$1000.00, 15%~20% restock fee will be charged.
All warranty return products must be still under warranty.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Computer systems (both desktop and laptop computer systems) are not refundable.
All unopened software may be returned for exchange within 30 days of invoice date. All opened software may not be returned for any reason.
All returns must be in original factory cartons with all original packing materials.
All miscellaneous materials such as manuals, accessories and cables must be included or you will be billed for the missing parts accordingly.
Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Any return sent back freight collect will be refused.
Return authorization must be received within 10 business days from the date of the RMA or the return will be refused.
All products are sold with their respective manufacturer's warranty.
Special order items are not returnable.
All clearly marked discontinued items will not be accepted for return.
All replacement items will be shipped after we have received and processed your defective return. A new tracking number will be sent to you on the replacement item when it ships.
All credits will be made back to the original payment method.
We will not be held responsible for you ordering the wrong product(s) all refusals will be credited minus the freight charges.
If a package arrives damaged, it is best if you refuse the package. If you sign for and keep the package, please make sure you notate the damage when you sign for it so that we may file a claim with the carrier in the event that the actual product you ordered was also damaged.
Please note that not all items are covered by this return policy. Some manufacturers require that their items be handled directly by them. We suggest that you check the complete returns policy before making your purchase.
BiX Computers does not guarantee that products sold are defect free or 100% compatible to each other or with existing parts. In the world of computers there are many products that may be incompatible with a certain brand or certain parts. We strongly recommend customers evaluate a sample unit to determine by their criteria whether a product will work in their configuration.
BiX Computers is not responsible for any damage or loss of time, profit or money as a result of using products purchased from BiX Computers web site information, and advise by phone, web site surfing, or e-mail.
BiX Computers is not responsible for any shipping company's error during transit or the resulting damage or loss of value, time, profit or money.
Defective Products:
Any damages arising from a defective product to be limited to a refund of the purchase price only. Defective items will be replaced with either a repaired or refurbished unit (even for DOA's). If no replacement unit available within 30 days, we will issue a credit memo. Credits expire 6 months after date of issue. A credit memo can be refunded by check if not used on an order for 30 days. RMA credits are for product only and do NOT include any reimbursement for shipping charges.
Returns procedures:
You need get a RMA number first before shipping back products to
BiX Computers. No return will be accepted without a return merchandise authorization
(RMA) number. To request a RMA number, please click on Return Request , fill the form, and we issue
the RMA number to you.
RMA numbers are valid for ten business days after issue. Your RMA number(s) must appear
clearly on the shipping label of the return shipment. Affix a label to the box: PLEASE DO
NOT MARK THE BOX ITSELF IN ANY WAY.
In the case of any product(s) returned for any reason, the returned item(s) must be 100%
complete, in original and re-salable condition, with all packaging, manuals, registration
card(s), accessories and software. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product
that does not meet these requirements.
BiX Computers does not guarantee that products sold are defect free or 100% compatible to each other or with existing parts. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable and customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned merchandise to BiX Computers with the exception of orders incorrectly shipped by BiX Computers.
