ChemBook 7000 & 7000M series notebooks can use EDO memory or SDRAM memory, but don't mix them. If origianl memory is EDO memory, you may remove them and order SDRAM, if you want keep original EDO memory, then you need order EDO memory for upgrade. Please check with your manual to chose right memory
