  • Pricing:

    Due to the fast pace of the computer products industries, all prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-the-minute information, but mistakes do occur, and we must reserve the right to make corrections, adjustments or changes without notice. If you have ordered an item that is subject to a price increase, we will hold your order and inform you of the increase.

    BiX Computers DOES NOT offer any type of price protection or stock rotation. We often change prices suddenly and without notice.

  • Availability:

    The availability information presented on our site is the best, most current information we have, but errors do occur, and this information does not constitute a guarantee or promise of availability.

    If a product you have ordered is not available for shipment, we will do our best to let you know. Anticipated delivery dates are dependent upon our suppliers and other factors beyond our control, and are subject to change.

  • Products & Services:

    BiX Computers does not guarantee that products sold are defect free or 100% compatible to each other or with existing parts. In the world of computers there are many products that may be incompatible with a certain brand or certain parts. We strongly recommend customers evaluate a sample unit to determine by their criteria whether a product will work in their configuration.

    BiX Computers is not responsible for any damage or loss of time, profit or money as a result of using products purchased from BiX Computers web site information, and advise by phone, web site surfing, or e-mail.

    BiX Computers is not responsible for any shipping company's error during transit or the resulting damage or loss of value, time, profit or money.

    Defective Products:
    Any damages arising from a defective product to be limited to a refund of the purchase price only. Defective items will be replaced with either a repaired or refurbished unit (even for DOA's). If no replacement unit available within 30 days, we will issue a credit memo. Credits expire 6 months after date of issue. A credit memo can be refunded by check if not used on an order for 30 days. RMA credits are for product only and do NOT include any reimbursement for shipping charges.

    Sale Tax:

    BiX Computers does not charge sales tax except for California shipping addresses, who, however, may enjoy a lower shipping cost because of shorter distance. The current tax rate is 7.75%.

    California resellers and tax-exempted identities who wish not to be charged with sales tax can make tax exemption claims either by leaving the permit number in the comment section of the Order Page. You must fax a copy of resale certificate or tax exemption form to us to qualify. We will remove the sale tax after verification.

  • Return Policies:

    Please note that not all items are covered by this return policy. Some manufacturers require that their items be handled directly by them. We suggest that you check the complete returns policy before making your purchase.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • DOA/Defective products are allowed for return for replacement or credit.
  • All non-defective returns for credit are subject to a 10% ~ 20% restocking fee.
  • All damage or wrong item claim must be reported within 7 days after receive the item.
  • All returns must be within 30 days of the invoice date. Thereafter, all sales are final.
  • All returns must be in original factory cartons with all original packing materials.
  • All miscellaneous materials such as manuals, accessories and cables must be included or you will be billed for the missing parts accordingly.
  • Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Any return sent back freight collect will be refused.
  • Return authorization must be received within 10 business days from the date of the RMA or the return will be refused.
  • All products are sold with their respective manufacturer's warranty.
  • Special order items are not returnable.
  • When returning a printer, please remove all ink or toner cartridges before shipment. Failure to do so may damage the printer and credit cannot be given.
  • All unopened software may be returned for exchange within 30 days of invoice date. All opened software may not be returned for any reason.
  • All clearly marked discontinued items will not be accepted for return.
  • All replacement items will be shipped after we have received and processed your defective return. A new tracking number will be sent to you on the replacement item when it ships.
  • All credits will be made back to the original payment method.
  • We will not be held responsible for you ordering the wrong product(s) all refusals will be credited minus the freight charges.
  • If a package arrives damaged, it is best if you refuse the package. If you sign for and keep the package, please make sure you notate the damage when you sign for it so that we may file a claim with the carrier in the event that the actual product you ordered was also damaged.

    Defective returns
    Any product you purchase that BiX Computers determines to be defective but is still under warranty can be returned to BiX Computers only if accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. BiX Computers will ship a fixed or replacement product to you, the original customer, at no charge.

    Software Products
    Defective software products may be exchanged for the same title only. Non-defective software that has been opened is not returnable under any circumstances, unless the manufacturer offers a money-back guarantee (MBG). All software is subject to license agreements or terms established by the software publisher. Be sure to read and agree to the license before using the software. Returns procedures

    Returns procedures:

    You need get a RMA number first before shipping back products to BiX Computers. No  return will be accepted without a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. To request a RMA number, please click on Return Request , fill the form, and we issue the RMA number to you.

    RMA numbers are valid for ten business days after issue. Your RMA number(s) must appear clearly on the shipping label of the return shipment. Affix a label to the box: PLEASE DO NOT MARK THE BOX ITSELF IN ANY WAY.

    In the case of any product(s) returned for any reason, the returned item(s) must be 100% complete, in original and re-salable condition, with all packaging, manuals, registration card(s), accessories and software.     We also accept purchase orders from Government Agencies, Schools, Fortune 1000 & New York Stock Exchange listed companies . To place order , just simply using our online on sale price to fill the purchase order, then mail or fax it to us. We will ship out your order after we verify the orders.

    All credit card orders are subject to verification and approval by the card-issuing bank. For your protection, credit card orders shipped to an address other than your billing address may require additional verification. If this first time you do business with us, make sure that your e-mail address and telephone number for billing address are valid , BiX Computers reserves the right to contact you by email or telephone to request additional identification. We may reject orders if the verification fails. We may reject your orders if your credit card does not support the address verification .

    Shopping with us is safe: all the information you entered about your Name, Address, Telephone#, Credit Card Number,.... are protected through the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption protocol. All orders are secured and the information you provide will be kept confidential and used only to support your customer relationship with BiX Computers.

    Important: It is a crime to use someone else's credit card without their permission. If you use a credit card fraudulently to pay for products at this site, we will forward information to the appropriate law enforcement agency.

    Money Order Pre-payment

    We also accept Money Order/Cashier Check Pre-payment Orders. To do so, just simply order online first, add the product you wanted to the shopping cart, then check out, enter your shipping address, select the shipping method, our online order system will automatically calculate the shipping charge, give you total amount of the purchase, you can print the order or you can use these figures to fill the purchase orders, then mail the order with your money order or cashier check to us. We will process your order as soon as we receive your order and payment.

    Offline Orders

    If you have the problem to place the order online, we can take your order offline. To do so, just simply order online first, add the product you wanted to the shopping cart, then check out, enter your shipping address, select the shipping method, our online order system will automatically calculate the shipping charge, give you total amount of the purchase, you can use these figures to fill the purchase orders, then mail or fax it to us. Or you can e-mail us your order first, then call us and give us your credit card info. by phone. We will process your orders after we verify the orders.

    Terms, conditions and policies are subject to change without notice. BiX Computers is not responsible for late or delayed shipments or system failures. BiX Computers retains title to items purchased until said items are paid for by the purchaser and at that time the title passes to purchaser.

    If you purchase items for the purpose of export, you must obtain from the federal government certain export documentation, and that responsibility is solely yours. The terms of our agreements with some vendors represented in our online and print advertisements forbid us from exporting their products. Also, some products are not available for sale to schools.

    All trademarks and registered trademarks are used to benefit and without intent to infringe on the holder of the mark. The BiX Computers logo and all other distinctive logos, marks and graphic elements are trademarks of BiX Computers, Inc. and are subject to applicable trademark protections.

  • Governing law

    Transactions between you and BiX Computers shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to the laws regarding conflicts of law. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

    This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter herein and cannot be modified except in a written agreement signed by both parties.

  • Jurisdiction

    This web site is presented solely for the purpose of promoting products available in the fifty United States. This site is controlled and operated by BiX International , Inc. from its offices within the State of California, United States of America. Those who choose to access this site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with laws governing export of software and other applicable laws, including local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

    Any litigation regarding this agreement or any transaction between customer and BiX Computers shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California and the customer hereby agrees and submits to such jurisdiction and venue as proper.

  • Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability

    BiX International, Inc. (BiX Computers) expressly disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or of fitness for a particular purpose. BiX Computers shall have no liability to anyone for incidental or consequential damages or any other liability, loss or damage arising out of or related to the merchandise, even if BiX Computers or an authorized representative of BiX Computers has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

    All merchandise is sold "as is." BiX Computers makes no warranty as to the performance of any merchandise sold. We are not responsible for system downtime, lost data, etc. This disclaimer by BiX Computers in no way affects the terms of a manufacturer's warranty, if any. BiX Computers does not warrant that the functions contained in any product sold will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that this web site or the server that makes it available is free of viruses or other harmful components. BiX Computers does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of any product purchased in terms of its compatibility, correctness, accuracy, reliability or otherwise.

    You (and not BiX Computers) assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair or correction. Applicable law may not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. In no event shall BiX Computers total liability to you for any and all damages, losses and causes of action (whether in contract, tort (including, but not limited to, negligence) or otherwise) exceed the amount paid by you, if any, to BiX Computers for the specific merchandise at issue.
