Currently, our on-line ordering is available only to United States & Canada Addresses only. USA addresses including Puerto Rico (PR), Guam (GM), US Virgin Islands(VI) & APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping Methods:UPS Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air Service are available for shipping to anywhere except APO/FPO addresses.
UPS Ground Service and 3 Days Selection Service are available for shipping to 48 U.S. contiguous states only.
Priority Mail is for shipping to Non-Contiguous states such as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands only.
Global Express Mail service is for shipping to Canada only.
We ship orders to Canada addresses through U.S. Post Office's "Global Express Mail" service or UPS Worldwide Express/UPS Worldwide Expedited Service. Since UPS charges US$50 flat broker fee for UPS ground service, UPS ground service is not a good choice for small orders.
Warning : Canadian customers are responsible for any customs or duties that may applicable. Canada Customs and Post Office may delay the shipment for all imports from USA using Global Express Mail service.
Shipping charge will be calculated online when you check out. When you place order online, from shopping cart, click "Check out", it will bring you to "Shipping" page. Please enter your shipping address and select shipping method, then click on "Apply", it will show your shipping cost. Or just click on "Continue" button, you will know exact shipping charge before you submit the order.

Scheduled delivery of your order will be 1 to 6 business days (depends how far away you are from our warehouse in Irvine, California) from the time it leaves our warehouse. UPS 3 Days Selection service: Available for shipping to 48 contiguous states. Scheduled delivery of your order will be three business days from the time it leaves our warehouse;
UPS Second Day Air Service: Scheduled delivery of your order will be two business days from the time it leaves our warehouse;
Next Day Air Service: Scheduled delivery of your order will be one business day from the time it leaves our warehouse. Please note that UPS does not deliver on Saturday and Sunday, so if a order is shipped out on Friday through "Next Day Air" service, it will arrive next Monday. Saturday deliver is only available for special arrangement and it will cost you $15 extra.
APO/FPO Special Shipping Service: This service is specially designed for delivery to U.S. military bases with AP, AE, AA, FP APO/FPO address where delivery service is not available from UPS. We will ship to these APO/FPO address through U.S. Post Office Priority Mail service.
Please be aware that all time periods are quoted in business days, UPS does not pick up and deliver products on weekends or holidays. When you calculate delivery times , please add the time we needed to process your orders to the time UPS needed to delivery your orders. Most orders placed before 12:00 PM (Pacific Coast Time) are shipped out same business day if shipping through UPS service. Orders shipping through U.S. Post office (such as Priority Mail & Express Mail) will normally be shipped out next business day. But some products may show more or less times for processing in their availability properties. We accepts online orders 24 hours a day, seven days a week. However, weekend orders will not be processed until Monday morning. Therefore, these days are not included in the time needed to process your order.
Shipping Cost
To get an online shipping estimate, just simply add the products you wanted to the shopping cart, then click on "Checkout", then enter your shipping to "State" & "Zip Code" on shipping address form, select the shipping method, then click "Apply", our online order system will automatically calculate the shipping charge, give you total amount of the purchase.
The shipping charge depends on the weight and size of your order, the shipping method, and your distance from Irvine, California. You will know exact shipping charge before you submit the order. After you enter shipping address and select shipping method , click "Apply" button, you will see the exact shipping charge. You can apply different shipping method to compare the shipping cost. Shipping cost goes up almost exponentially in the sequence of UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air.
UPS shipping charges are calculated in real time with UPS' web site, using actual weight of items, shipping distance from Irvine, California, and the published UPS rates. A nominal charge ( depending on package size & value) is added for the packaging materials & labor & handling and insurance.
In case the UPS site has problems to do real-time calculation, we may add shipping charge manually after you enter orders.
