This section has a drop down window "Country". If your country is on the list, it means we ship to your country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot accept online order from your country at this site at this time.

You can know exact shipping cost before you check out. Just add your products to shopping cart. At the bottom of shopping cart page, there is a “Shipping Calculator”, just enter your shipping address zip code, select shipping method, then click “Apply”, exact order amount with shipping charge will show in shopping cart. (For orders ship to California, it will also show exact sale tax amount). You can compare different shipping cost by selecting different shipping method and then click “Apply”
You can also know the shipping charge at check out page. Enter your shipping address, select a shipping method, and click on "Apply". Our online order system calculates the shipping charge and gives you the total amount of the purchase.
Shipping charges are calculated in real time on our web site. A nominal charge (depending on package size and value) is added for the packaging materials, labor, handling and insurance.
Fedex, UPS and US post office are our major shipping carriers.
Regular Shipping: We may use US Post Office First Class Mail and Priority Mail service, or Fedex / UPS Ground service as our regular shipping method.
We normally use US Post Office Service (USPS) for light weight items and use Fedex or UPS ground service for heavy weight items.
Regular Shipping Estimed Delivery Time:
Domestic: 4-7 business days for addresses in United States;
International: 6 ~ 20 business days for addresses outside United States.
Estimated international delivery time does not include time hold by detestation country custom. Customers may also need to pay custom duties and tariffs whenever applicable to their own countries.

UPS 3 Day Selection: Available for shipping to the 48 contiguous states. Scheduled delivery of your order will be three business days from the time it leaves our warehouse.
2nd Day Air: Scheduled delivery of your order will be two business days from the time it leaves our warehouse.
Next Day Air: Scheduled delivery of your order will be one business day from the time it leaves our warehouse.
Please note that no delivery on Saturday and Sunday, so if an order is shipped out on Friday through "Next Day Air" service, it will arrive next Monday.
Saturday delivery may be available for special arrangement and will cost $15 extra.
Please note that, if air shipment delayed, according to Fedex policy, The Money Back Guarantee is not applicable to Shipments of Dangerous Goods ( such as large capacity lithium ion batteries).
APO/FPO Special Service: This service is specially designed for delivery to U.S. military bases with AP, AE, AA, FP APO/FPO address where delivery service is not available from UPS. We will ship to these APO/FPO address through U.S. Post Office Priority Mail service.
International Shipping Methods
Regular Shipping: 6~20 business days, varies by Destination.
Worldwide Expedited Service: 2 ~ 3 business days.

Most orders placed before 12:00 PM (Pacific Coast Time) will be shipped out the same business day. However, some products may need more times for processing. Products that need assembly normally will be ship out next business day or later.
Please be aware that all time periods are quoted in business days. Although we accept online orders 24 hours a day, seven days a week, however, orders placed on weekends and holidays will not be processed until next business day. No pick up and delivery on weekends and holidays.
Shipping charges are non-refundable and customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned merchandise to BiX International, Inc with the exception of orders incorrectly shipped by BiX International, Inc.
BixNet.com does not guarantee that the products sold are defect free or 100% compatible to each other or with existing parts. If you return a product that is defective or not compatible, please note that shipping charges are not refundable and customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned product to BixNet.com.

We do not accept UPS or FedEx accounts; all shipping charges need to be pre-paid.
Return & Warranty Service Shipping:
For customers located in United States, we will pay shipping cost (regular ground shipping only) for returning repaired or replaced merchandises under warranty back to customers.
For customers located outside United States, customers are also responsible for the cost of shipping repaired or replaced merchandises under warranty back to customers.
Tracking number is emailed to you after your order is shipped. You can use this tracking # to track your order at the UPS or US Post Office website, depending shipping method you selected.
Online tracking may not available for shipping to APO/FPO addresses or outside USA.
