 Shipping Methods
Standard Delivery: We may use UPS Ground service or US Post Office First Class Mail and Priority Mail service. For light weight and low value items, US Post Office Service (USPS) is used. For heavy weight or high value items, UPS ground service is used. Standard Delivery may take 5-7 days or faster.
UPS Ground Service: Available for shipping to the 48 contiguous states. Scheduled delivery of your order will be 1 to 6 business days. Please see below map for estimated time (quoted in business days). UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays. Following picture shows estimated delivery time.
Priority Mail: Although Priority Mail is faster than UPS ground service for shipping to most areas, it does not provide very good online tracking and shipping charge will be very high for heavy weight items. So we only recommended it for light weight and low value items.
UPS 3 Day Selection: Available for shipping to the 48 contiguous states. Scheduled delivery of your order will be three business days from the time it leaves our warehouse.
UPS 2nd Day Air: Scheduled delivery of your order will be two business days from the time it leaves our warehouse.
UPS Next Day Air: Scheduled delivery of your order will be one business day from the time it leaves our warehouse.
Please note that UPS does not deliver on Saturday and Sunday, so if an order is shipped out on Friday through "Next Day Air" service, it will arrive next Monday.
Saturday delivery is only available for special arrangement and will cost $15 extra.
APO/FPO Special Service: This service is specially designed for delivery to U.S. military bases with AP, AE, AA, FP APO/FPO address where delivery service is not available from UPS. We will ship to these APO/FPO address through U.S. Post Office Priority Mail service.
Global Express Mail: For shipping outside USA.
UPS Worldwide Expedited Service: For shipping outside USA.
Shipping Time:
Most orders placed before 12:00 PM (Pacific Coast Time) will be shipped out the same business day. However, some products may need more times for processing. Products that need assembly normally will be ship out next business day or later.
Please be aware that all time periods are quoted in business days. Although we accept online orders 24 hours a day, seven days a week, however, orders placed on weekends and holidays will not be processed until next business day. No pick up and delivery on weekends and holidays.
Shipping Charge:
You can know exact shipping charge before you check out. Just add your products to shopping cart. At the bottom of shopping cart page, there is a “Shipping Calculator”, just enter your shipping address zip code, select shipping method, then click “Apply”, exact order amount with shipping charge will show in shopping cart. (For orders ship to California, it will also show exact sale tax amount). You can compare different shipping charge by selecting different shipping method and then click “Apply”
You can also know the shipping charge at check out page. Enter your shipping address, select a shipping method, and click on "Apply". Our online order system calculates the shipping charge and gives you the total amount of the purchase.
UPS shipping charges are calculated in real time with UPS' web site. A nominal charge (depending on package size and value) is added for the packaging materials, labor, handling and insurance. In case the UPS web site has problems to do real-time calculation, we will add shipping charge manually after receive your order.
Shipping Policies:
BixNet.com does not guarantee that the products sold are defect free or 100% compatible to each other or with existing parts. If you return a product that is defective or not compatible, please note that shipping charges are not refundable and customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned product to BixNet.com.
BixNet.com is not responsible for damages by shipping companies during transit. Please contact the shipping company for reimbursement.
We do not accept UPS or FedEx accounts; all shipping charges need to be pre-paid.
Shipping Tracking:
Tracking number is emailed to you after your order is shipped. You can use this tracking # to track your order at the UPS or US Post Office website, depending shipping method you selected.
Online tracking may not available for shipping to APO/FPO addresses or outside USA.
