How to Order ?

There are at least 5 ways to find what you want:

1. Click on the "home" button. The home page has direct links to different categories of merchandise, and sometimes to individual items.

2. Click on product category buttons on left column to go to direct links to different categories of merchandise, and sometimes to individual items.

3. Click on the "site map " button to see all the pages.

4. Click on the "Search" button, and then enter the key words of the products you are looking for.

5. Click on the links at the bottom of page to see merchandises in different categories.

For every in-stock item, there's an "Add to cart" button. When you're finished and want to place the order, you can get back to your shopping cart by clicking on the "View cart " button. If there's no "Add to cart" button in the product page but still shows price, that means this product is temporally out of stock. Please come back in the near future to check the availability. Please enter your correct e-mail and telephone numbers. You will be emailed your shipping tracking numbers and we'll call you if something is wrong.

When you click on the “Order” button and get no response, it’s probably because you can't connect securely to our server. The reasons could be: 1) you have a very,very old browser,in which case you should upgrade. 2) you are behind a corporate firewall that won't allow secure connections. Ask your network administrator to fix it,or place orders at your home.

Online Credit Card Orders

Online Credit Card Orders have the highest priority to be filled. We encourage you to place orders online with your credit cards to avoid mis-communications over the phones. You'll be informed the status of your order and track the shipping online. Shopping with us online is safe: all the information you entered (your Name, Address, Telephone#, Credit Card Number,and etc) is protected through the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption protocol.

Purchase Orders & Online Quote

We also accept purchase orders from government agencies, school districts, well established colleges and universities, Fortune 1000 & New York Stock Exchange listed companies . To get an online quote, just simply add the products you wanted to the shopping cart, then click on "Checkout", then enter your shipping to "State" & "Zip Code" on shipping address form, select the shipping method, then click "Apply", our online order system will automatically calculate the shipping charge, give you total amount of the purchase, you can print this page, use those figures to fill the purchase orders, then mail or fax the formal authorized purchase order to us.

Offline Orders

When you have the problem to place the order online, you can phone or e-mail your order to us. You can get the exact shipping charge by “attempted ordering” online. You first add the products you wanted to the shopping cart and then check out. After you enter your shipping address and select the shipping method, click "Apply", our online order system will automatically calculate the shipping charge. We'll process your orders after we verify them.

International Orders:

Currently, on-line ordering on this website is available only to USA & Canada addresses. USA addresses including Puerto Rico (PR), Guam (GM), US Virgin Islands(VI) and APO/FPO addresses.
