1. Follow the procedures in
General Safety Guidelines for Working with Notebook Computers. 2. Turn the computer over and remove the hard drive cover screws, the cover, and the hard drive screws.
NOTICE: When the hard drive is not in the computer, store it in protective antistatic packaging.
3 Slide the hard drive out of the computer.
4. Slide the new hard drive into the computer
5. Replace the hard drive screws and hard drive cover
